Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any cost involved when we publish an article?
There is absolutely no charge to you. All article text is copyright-free and can be used in any manner you wish. We ask only that you attribute the articles to ARA so that our clipping service can identify them. This eliminates the need to contact you directly.
Note: Images associated with an article can be published only as an accompaniment to the article's text. Any other use is prohibited.
I can see article summaries, why can't I download the articles?
To view an article in its entirety (and to download it), you must be a registered ARA member.

How long does it take for my registration to take effect?

For whatever reason, your registration failed. Go back to the Free Registration form and re-register.
You must choose a different username than the one you used before.
Why am I prompted for my username/password every time I look at an article?
1) You forgot to click the, "Remember me next time" checkbox during login.
2) Your browser is not set to accept "cookie" requests.
The ARA site is designed to use "cookies." A "cookie" is a small file that resides on your computer and stores information such as your username and password. This file is read each time that you visit the site.
To set your browser to accept "cookies," consult your browser's "Help" file.
3) You're using a different computer than the one you registered on. The "cookie" file remains on the original computer.
